Supplier Selection

Our Supplier Selection and Approval System ranks vendors based on strict criteria, categorizing, documenting, and routinely reviewing them. Suppliers may be reclassified in response to non-conformance in product reliability, changes in quality status, or negative industry reports regarding overall quality. Additionally, any changes in financial conditions, such as unpaid invoices, can trigger a re-evaluation.

Inspection and Testing

Our certified quality professionals are trained to inspect all aspects of received products, including packaging, labels, barcodes, part markings, X-ray, decapsulation, marking permanency, and dimensions, to ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications. We also offer higher-level functionality testing through our lab partners. This process is thoroughly documented in our operations system for global team access and consistency.

Logistics

Every shipment at Classic is tracked to the minute, and our packaging solutions safeguard product condition during transportation. Additionally, our certified inspection and logistics hubs in Torrance, CA and Hong Kong, afford considerable cost and timing advantages relative to a single/central logistics facility approach.

Quality Policy

External Visual Inspection by DGT

Appearance test refers to confirming the number of chips received, inner packaging, Humidity indicator, Desiccant requirements and appropriate outer packaging. In addition, the appearance inspection of a single chip, mainly include: Chip typing, years, Country of origin, Whether to recoat, Pin status, are there any re-sand marks, Unknown residue, factory logos position. DGT INDUSTRIAL can proceed external visual inspection by using their own testing equipments.
